Celebrate safely!!
In honor of Lag B'Omer and in order to reduce the risk of spreading fires, the Shefa Department has prepared approved areas for bonfires. Please only light fires in the permitted areas.

In Geffen - in the dirt area between the tennis courts and the camera stand.
The Machar Parking Lot - on the dirt ramp east of the security road only.

Zayit - in the compound behind the Heftziba Ganim (Matityahu 7)
The Zayit Amphitheater -  The main area is approved (until 24:00)

Tamar - The area leading up to the Tamar.
An area north of Beit HaBechira Street (until 24:00).

Dagan - The dirt area on the left side of the ramp, west of the Bnei Akiva branch.
The dirt area near the Shlomo Promenade 

Throughout the night, inspectors and police will walk around to prevent bonfires in unauthorized places. The Efrat Security Center is available 24/7 at *5436. 

We recommend protecting the environment and not lighting fires!
