Kfir Zlait and Sharon Kogan are childhood friends that grew up together in Jerusalem.

Sharon studied cooking and worked in many restaurants in Tel Aviv and Europe.

Kfir earned a degree in business administration and marketing and opened a bar and restaurant in Tel Aviv.

When Corona came, it destroyed both their businesses and brought them both back to Jerusalem. where they decided to open something together.

Sharon worked in a butcher shop in Givatayim and that's where the idea came up to open a butcher in Efrat. Why Efrat?

"We didn't come to Efrat by chance. We always heard about the area, about the residents that live here and about their love for meat.

We knew that there were butchers in the area, but it was important to us to supply fresh, high quality meat, chicken and fish, while also providing excellent customer service."
