In Efrat, there are three public shelters in the Te’ena shopping center and in the Dekel shopping center.
Other shelters in Efrat are shared shelters, under the responsibility of the building's occupants, or security rooms in private homes.
The Council is responsible for supervision and maintenance of public shelters.
