Every year, approximately 200 teens are employed in various jobs throughout Efrat, including: painting, renovating, training, library work, and more. The Youth Council is responsible for summer employment, from filling out the forms, interviews, and placement. According to the Summer Employment Law, youth employment is intended for teenagers aged 14 and over.
