Dear residents,

Following the security events of last night, the council convened this morning with the department heads in order to assess the state of the emergency.
As of this time, the directives of the Home Front Command remain in effect and apply to tomorrow, Monday, 7th of Nissan, April 15th.
This means that all educational activities, youth movements and community centers will not operate.
If the instructions of the Home Front Command change, we will update accordingly.

In the coming days, you will receive a preparation guide and updated security instructions in your mailboxes.
The guide includes various emergency procedures, mental health guidance and important contact numbers.
A printable version can be found on the council's website homepage.

 Home Front Command Application-
We know that there are residents for whom the application did not work yesterday.
The Home Front Command recommends removing and reinstalling the app and adding Efrat as an area of interest.
Remember, the national warning system consists of 3 types of alerts.
A siren intended for the public space, a mobile application and the home front command website which should be left open on your home computer.
The council backs up these alerts by issuing messages from the call center and the public information team.

Efrat's security department collaborates closely with all the security forces and are prepared in positions both within and outside of Efrat.
We thank the members of the security and rescue forces who work continuously for the protection of the residents of Efrat
We remind you that the Efrat hotline is available by calling *5436 from any location
