Efrat has a large population of young families.

The Youth Department strives to assist them by offering lectures, courses, and workshops that provide tools for daily coping. 

Activities include:

Early Childhood Parenting Workshop, Couples and Sexuality Workshop, Family Economics Workshops, Mortgage and Loans Courses.
