Parent Meetings for Children with Special Needs

The Department of Social Services is attentive to the needs of parents of children with special needs. Once a month, the steering committee meets with parents to help them navigate issues such as transportation for children in special education, children over aged 21+, volunteer opportunities, and more.
During the year there is a special event for special needs families with activities tailored for the whole family.
