The Efrat Religious Council employs two kosher supervisors who oversee the food businesses in Efrat.

To receive supervision and a kosher certificate from the Efrat Rabbinical Council, the business owner must contact the secretary of the Religious Council to arrange an introductory meeting regarding the needs of the business.

After the initial meeting, a kashrut supervisor will conduct an initial inspection and evaluation of the business. After meeting the supervisor’s requirements, passing the required tests, and determining fee and payment, the business owner will receive a kosher certificate.
