Neve Chana has approximately 300 students in grades 9-12. In the more than three decades since its founding, we have built a school which seeks to develop students with religious values on a personal, social and national level. We believe that a proper balance between educational dialogue in the public space and the deepening of personal discussion, creates the correct mix for relevant religious education at a high school level. The school is suitable for girls who are ready and able for such a unique discourse during high school.

In Tanach, in addition to the regular curriculum for matriculation, there are various broad-based lessons. In the Torah track, girls can choose between ‘Torah shebaal peh’ and gemara. A unique Jewish thought program emphasizes religious thought versus postmodernism. Every Wednesday, we hold a Beit Midrash program where students listen to shiurim and engage in conversation, joining together to sing and sleep over in school.

The school also holds many social activities including trips, seminars, and more. Please visit our website to learn more.

Our program of study is at the highest levels nationwide. All students graduate with a high-level matriculation certificate, in addition to academic enrichment in a variety of subjects (art, research, film and media, introduction to philosophy, introduction to culture, enrichment, current affairs, etc.). The school’s majors include physics, biology, chemistry, computers, environmental sciences, literature, history, art, social sciences, studies of the Land of Israel, and Jewish thought.

The highlight of our educational discourse, is the issue of personal attitude. We believe in the fundamental values of freedom and taking responsibility, and we encourage girls to get to know themselves in a framework that seeks to make space for everyone. With the understanding that education mostly takes place in the home, the staff cooperates with parents throughout the four years of high school. The concepts of complexity, dialogue, process, freedom, and religious and ethical obligation are the cornerstones of the conversation in our school.

You can call and arrange a visit whenever you want, and you  are welcome to visit on your own and talk to students and staff. We recommend that you register on the school’s website.
