This week's post is dedicated to one of the oldest businesses in Efrat – Alei Hate'enaAnfei Hadekel

Thirty nine years ago, Yona Seif, a resident of the Rimon, opened "Alei Hateena" in the commercial center in Te’ena. At the time, it was the only shopping center in Efrat.

In the store you could find stationery, toys, gifts, school supplies and more.

As Efrat developed and other neighborhoods were built, Yona opened a second branch in the Dekel Shopping Center.

In 2017, the store in Te’ena closed and the store in Dekel became known as "ART-Efrat/Anfei Hadekel".

At Art-Efrat you can find a large supply of creative materials including knitting supplies, crafting tools for professionals and amateurs, a variety of creative kits, games, school supplies, office equipment, greeting cards, photo development, printing sevices, helium balloons and more.

You will find a variety of products for every holiday of the year, especially for Purim! You can get accessories and creative materials for making costumes, face paint, a selection of packaging for making mishlochei manot, cellophane and ribbons!

For the past 19 years, Varda Gisser has been managing the store, but you can still see Yona Seif (who is celebrating his 80th birthday this year!) bringing goods to the store.
