Sarah Black Charm has traveled and worked around the world as a private chef.

Between plating dishes and deboning fish, she married her husband in Las Vegas and convinced him to make aliyah.

When corona started, flights were cancelled, countries were closed and like many others, Sarah had to sit at home.

She found the courage to try something new.

Together with her friend, Judy Kaiser, who works as a nutritional consultant and is also a resident of Efrat, she began a food business. They create menus with nutritional advice adapted to each client.

In a short time, the number of customers grew, and they needed to leave their home kitchen and expand.

They obtained permits and licenses and rented a kitchen in "Mishkan Eliyahu" in the Tamar neighborhood.

Today, they provide healthy food, catered by a private chef and customized by a nutritionist to meet each customer's needs. There is a dairy and meat menu. Everything is delicious, healthy, varied and strictly kosher.
