ינון אחימןInon was the second mayor of Efrat. Born in 1954 to one of the founding families of Kfar Etzion, Inon is married to Ada, and is the father of eight children. He holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in public administration.

Over the years, Inon has held various educational positions. At the age of 28 he became the principal of the Noam Banim School in Jerusalem. In 1985, at the age of only 30, he was elected mayor, a position he held for three consecutive terms until 2000.

From 2000-2002 he served as CEO of the Jerusalem Quarter Development Company, and as Co-CEO of Karta, and he currently serves as CEO of the Or Torah Stone network.
