For your convenience, The Efrat Local Council operates a branch of the Ministry of the Interior. The branch offers the following services:

Request to change personal status in the ID attachment due to marriage, divorce or widowhood:
Please bring your ID card + original certificate attesting to the status 

Change of address in the ID card appendix:
Please being the ID card + property contract, lease, or confirmation of payment of water/ property tax 

Registration of a newborn in the ID card appendix:
Please bring your ID card + original birth form from hospital 

Application for a birth certificate:
Please bring your ID card

Application for registration summary:
Please bring your ID card

Request for lost or incorrect appendix:
Please bring your ID card

Address Detection:
Please bring your ID card/ and the details of the person about whom the search is requested 

Details about passenger (arrivals / departures):
Please bring an ID card + passport
Proof of Life:
Please bring your ID card

Inquiries are forwarded to the Ministry of the Interior in Jerusalem and then sent directly to the customer's home.
