Renovation of the road in Dekel Gimmel

Subject: Notice of completion of the widening of Dekel C Road

We are pleased to announce that the construction of the Dekel III began after the Tishrei holidays.

The work will be carried out in stages, and will require traffic and safety arrangements.

The work will take into account the transfer of the synagogues to an alternative building at the end of Dekel Gimmel.

Details of the work:

  1. Creating a two-way route for passing traffic

  2. Creating a bike path

  3. Separating the new route from the existing road

  4. Arranging diagonal parking and a service road near the houses

  5. Setting up underground garbage bins and and recycling

  6. Setting up a public transport station at the intersection of Rachel Immenu and King David

  7. Work will be restricted until 08:30 AM

  8. Schedule - 12 months of work

The work will be carried out in stages, as follows:

Phase 1 - Widening the road between the southern traffic circle and the synagogues

Phase 2 - Building the existing road 

Once the synagogues have been transferred, the buildings will be evacuated. At this point it will be possible to stop the roadwork.

Phase 3 - Widening the road between the synagogue area and the Rachel Immenu - King David intersection.

Phase 4 -  Completing the road.
