Oded Revivi is the 5th Mayor of Efrat. He was born in 1969, and has 6 children with his wife, Lisa. Oded was first elected as Mayor in 2008, and he was reelected in 2013 and 2018.
Prior to his election as mayor, Oded practiced law, specializing in litigation and real estate transactions.
Oded has a master's degree in public policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Eli Mizrachi, the fourth mayor of Efrat, was born in 1945. He is a graduate of Yeshivat HaSharon and the Ponovich Yeshiva. Eli is married to Galia, and they have four children.
In the army, Eli served as a medic, and was in charge of a trauma clinic. He helped to liberate Jerusalem during the Six Day War. After his military service, he was a teacher in Jerusalem.

Eitan Golan, the third mayor of Efrat, was born in 1940 in Jerusalem. He was a graduate of the Kfar Galim school, and he is survived by his wife and four daughters.
Eitan completed his bachelor’s degree in law during his military service. In 1977 he was one of the founders of the settlement of Beit Horin
Inon was the second mayor of Efrat. Born in 1954 to one of the founding families of Kfar Etzion, Inon is married to Ada, and is the father of eight children.
He holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in public administration.
Moshe Moskowitz was the first mayor of Efrat. He was a man of education, and was passionate about Zionism and building the settlements.
Born in 1925 in Czechoslovakia, Moshe immigrated to Israel as a child. He was a graduate of the Mikve Yisrael Agricultural School, and was one of the founders of Kibbutz Mesuot Yitzhak in 1945.
