Dear residents,

This morning a situation assessment was conducted which includes the managers of the municipal departments and representatives of the army and the police.

* Palestinian workers are not allowed to enter Efrat until further notice. In addition, until an hour ago there was also a ban on the entry of Israeli Arabs. These instructions have several meanings1. Garbage removal was not carried out this morning. We are trying to organize alternative solutions as soon as possible. If possible, reduce the amount of garbage, and if the bin is full, please try to find another bin.2. Trucks bringing goods to makolets and supermarkets could not enter the settlements this morning. As mentioned, the directive was changed a short time ago and Israeli Arabs can now be admitted to the settlements. The supply to the stores should resume in the coming hours.

* All the roads in Efrat and Gush Etzion are open, but the army requests to minimize non-urgent travel and keep the roads for the benefit of the security forces.

* Yesterday 3 alarms were heard throughout Efrat. There are residents who use shared shelters, please make sure they are prepared for proper use.In the shelters and shelters, they made sure to put chargers, water, snacks and games for the children in order to make it easier during their stay.*Public transportation is operating partially as drivers and buses are being used for the people from the south.
