Daily update, Tuesday 16 Cheshvan 31.10 time 15:00
Dear residents.
Suddenly an alarm sounded.
Again. After many days of quiet.
Days in which we slowly began to get used to the emergency routine.
We are driving on the roads. Educational staff and children went back to schools and preschools. The youth movements and afternoon activities are running.
And in one moment a siren sounded and again we are uncertain.
This is an emergency routine. A routine that can change in an instant and affect our emotional state, our anxiety and our fear.
This morning we sent children to educational institutions because we know that the buildings meet the safety standards and the children have had security drills.
The library is open, the afternoon activities (chugim) are running, and the youth movements are preparing for "Chodesh Irgun."
The ability to face this complex reality makes up our personal and communal resilience.
From the moment the war broke out, we decided not to compare ourselves to others.
With the help of the community emergency volunteers, the psychological services department, the resilience Center, and the various branches of the council, we listen to you and try to understand what needs need to be addressed.
We know that sometimes the answer is unsatisfactory. Sometimes we need to depend on other agencies that are also facing similar but different difficulties and hardships.
The student transportation system is an example of a limitation that prevents us from expanding the operating hours of schools and Tikshoret classes.
The lack of cleaning workers does not allow us to maintain the level of cleanliness in the educational institutions to which we are accustomed.
We need your assistance and publicize the requests and needs that arise.
We ask that you continue to be strong.
Act in accordance with the instructions of the Home Front Command. Remember: we have a minute and a half to reach a protected area. Walk carefully and avoid unnecessary injuries.
You're not alone!
Don't feel ashamed to get help, to talk and to share.

Keep up the good work! The amount of initiatives emerging from the community are exciting and inspiring.
We will feel stronger over time and together we will win!
We would like to remind you that any initiative related to security issues must go through the security department and through them to the army! Many security forces operate in our area and the task of coordinating them is a difficult but critical challenge which serves to protect our forces.
We will continue to update,
