The Geffen branch of Bnei Akiva is located in the Geffen neighborhood near the Matnas. The branch currently has between 100-150 members.

The branch runs a traveling workshop once every month, and a shabbaton once a year. They also run a summer camp. 

Bnei Akiva Geffen operates a learning center for children in grades 1-3 on Tuesdays.
