Thankfully, Shabbat passed without any incidents.
As of today, individuals must wear a mask when they go out in public. Children under the age of 6 and those with health restrictions are exempt.
One may only leave the home for essential reasons such as buying food, medication, transferring a child between divorced parents and necessary work.
Gatherings are forbidden. The shuls are closed, and one may not make or participate in a minyan in a home, on the street, or in a courtyard.
As of this morning, we know of 37 patients in Efrat, and 25 who have recovered.
We are again reminding you that we do not receive updates from the Ministry of Health, and so it is important that residents inform the Council if there are any new cases. Please call the Moked or the Neighborhood Teams so that we can assist and update accordingly.
